Dress For Good
Dress for Good Entrepreneurship & Financial Literacy Conference brings women together—especially Indigenous, Black, and other racialized women—to gain practical skills in entrepreneurship and financial literacy. Participants receive mentorship, hands-on training, and the opportunity to pitch business ideas for a prize. Each attendee also receives a professionally curated dress, symbolizing confidence and readiness to step into spaces of opportunity. The conference equips women not only with inspiration, but with the knowledge, networks, and support needed to build sustainable businesses and long-term financial independence.

Participants receive a curated dress and post-event mentorship opportunities to support their continued learning and development.

The project will equip women—especially Indigenous, Black, and other racialized women—with practical entrepreneurship and financial literacy skills, mentorship, and real-world opportunities to build sustainable businesses. By combining training, mentorship, and a pitch competition with tangible resources such as professional attire and continued support, the conference aims to increase confidence, economic participation, and long-term pathways toward financial independence and leadership.
