Tania Bodika
I am a Congolese-Canadian creative director, community organizer, and advocate for women of color in the arts, culture, and media. Through my role at Cultur’Elles MTL, I design inclusive projects that celebrate diversity, foster creativity, and create opportunities for racialized women to shine. My work blends cultural empowerment, skill development, and storytelling, helping women build confidence and visibility while addressing social and environmental issues. Passionate about intergenerational connection and representation, I strive to create spaces where marginalized voices are heard, valued, and celebrated.
Cultur'Elles Fest: Back to our childhood
Cultur’Elles Fest is a free, inclusive, eco-responsible one-day festival in Montreal celebrating creativity, cultural traditions, and childhood memories. It highlights the artistic talents of racialized women through performances, interactive workshops, and a market of women entrepreneurs. With activities for all ages, from children to grandparents, the event fosters intergenerational connection, cultural pride, and community solidarity. Rooted in diversity and representation, Cultur’Elles Fest creates a vibrant space where everyone can learn, share, and shine together.
