Academic All-Stars
Academic All-Stars supports incoming post-secondary students in navigating their first year with confidence. The program offers monthly workshops on time management, student involvement, and campus resources, pairs students with peer mentors for ongoing guidance, and provides a digital guidebook highlighting key opportunities. By fostering mentorship, community, and engagement beyond the classroom, Academic All-Stars helps students build connections, develop leadership skills, and feel empowered to succeed academically and personally while creating a lasting supportive network of peers and alumni.

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.
How the project works
From September to December, Academic All-Stars hosts four monthly workshops on time management, student involvement, and campus resources. By September’s end, three mentorship groups are established with biweekly check-ins. A digital guidebook is published by October 15th, providing key resources and tips to at least 100 incoming students.
Project Impact
Academic All-Stars helps students feel confident, connected, and supported as they begin post-secondary. By reducing barriers, fostering mentorship, and encouraging involvement beyond academics, the program strengthens students’ sense of belonging. Its impact extends to creating a supportive community where future leaders and alumni uplift one another and drive lasting success.
Project Mission
Academic All-Stars empowers incoming post-secondary students by easing their transition and fostering belonging. Through workshops, mentorship groups, and a digital guidebook, the program equips students with resources, guidance, and networks to thrive. Its goal is to build confidence, encourage involvement, and support success inside and beyond the classroom.
