Sachin Gupta
My name is Sachin Gupta and I am a second year medical sciences student at Dalhousie University. I have been actively volunteering in my community for the past few years by both launching my own initiatives as well as joining some amazing organizations. I founded my own piano program with the Halifax Public Libraries and am currently involved with Nova Scotia Health, the Canadian National Institute for the Blind, and the Dartmouth Community Fridge. I am super excited to collaborate with Sprout Canada to support cancer patients and create a meaningful impact in my community.

By July of 2025, the Healing Hands team has been established and the finalized budget and grant application has been sent to Sprout Canada.
Project Impact
Healing Hands aims to create a meaningful impact within the province of Nova Scotia. We provide pillows to ease pain and support emotional well-being. The project promote community compassion, raises awareness, and empowers volunteers to make a tangible difference in the lives of their own community members.
