Rou-Pey Chiu
Rou-Pey Chiu has been an active community member since her youth, with a strong focus on wellness issues. She is pursuing studies in the health field and has completed the International Baccalaureate as part of her academic journey. Her experiences and background have given her a strong awareness of the importance of health for the youth in her community.

How the project works
In the autumn of 2024, we will be providing four wellness programs for youth in Montreal. These will include physical health, mental health, balanced living, and stress management.
