Rahma Roobleh
Rahma Roobleh is a young community leader passionate about the intersection between health and Islam. As the founder of Sunnah Balance, she brings together her Health Sciences background and her faith to promote holistic well-being inspired by the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Rahma aims to make Sunnah-based self-care accessible for Muslim youth, and to empower them to live healthier, more intentional lives.
Sunnah Balance
Sunnah Balance is a spiritually grounded wellness initiative that encourages Muslims to embody the lifestyle of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ in their daily lives. The project blends prophetic wisdom with practical self-care by offering wellness kits, educational content, and hands-on experiences. It invites participants to approach health—physical, mental, and spiritual—with intention and faith at the core.
About this Project

My project will involve and/or impact the following communities:
United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.
How the project works
Starting this fall, Sunnah Balance will share monthly reflections, podcasts, and digital resources exploring natural healing, mental clarity, and spiritual alignment. In partnership with local mosques and MSAs, we’ll also offer in-person workshops, wellness kits, and practical tools to support simple, meaningful, and lasting Sunnah-based habits for modern Muslim life.
Project Impact
Sunnah Balance nurtures spaces where Muslims can slow down, reconnect, and realign. Whether online or in-person, each interaction offers a moment of reflection and renewal. Participants leave feeling uplifted—more aware of themselves, more grounded in their faith, and better equipped to carry Sunnah-centered habits into their daily routines.
Project Mission
Our mission is to renew wellness through the light of prophetic teachings. We aim to guide Muslims—especially youth—toward healthier, faith-rooted living through engaging resources, community-based initiatives, and simple tools that reflect the beauty of the Sunnah. Sunnah Balance is here to make spiritual self-care easy to access, practice, and love.
