Raheen Fatima
I am a Pakistani Canadian youth leader and the founder of Inner Script, a youth focused mental health initiative dedicated to reducing stigma and improving awareness around mental health conditions. I am passionate about making healthcare more accessible and equitable, especially for young people from diverse backgrounds. I am currently developing Healthcare Guide, a digital platform that helps youth find culturally relevant mental health providers while also offering accessible toolkits that simplify mental health information and care pathways. Through my work, I hope to create resources that make support feel more approachable, inclusive, and easier to navigate.
Healthcare Guide
Healthcare Guide is a centralized digital platform designed to help youth across Canada navigate mental health support more easily. The platform allows users to search for nearby providers based on location, language, cultural background, and specialization, while also offering clear and youth friendly toolkits that explain mental health, care pathways, and support options in an accessible and relatable way.
About this Project

United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.
How the project works
Healthcare Guide will be developed over six months through provider data collection, website development, and content creation. The project includes building an interactive provider map, creating youth focused mental health toolkits, and promoting the platform through social media, schools, and community outreach to increase accessibility and awareness.
Project Impact
Healthcare Guide will improve access to culturally relevant mental health support by making provider information easier to navigate and understand. The project will help youth feel more informed and confident when seeking care while reducing barriers caused by confusion, stigma, and lack of accessible resources. It also strengthens awareness of available mental health services across diverse communities.
Project Mission
Healthcare Guideās mission is to make mental health support more accessible, understandable, and culturally relevant for youth across Canada. Its goal is to help users find providers that align with their needs while offering clear, youth focused toolkits that improve mental health literacy and make navigating care less overwhelming.
Project Team
Our team includes youth leaders, medical advisors and developers supporting platform development and outreach.
