I'm a young leader with a passion for empowering women and helping create supportive communities. Through my EmpowerHER project, I aim to give women the tools they need to develop their personal and financial independence. My experience in project management and my commitment to social change have enabled me to build initiatives that inspire and support women to achieve their full potential. I believe in the importance of collaboration and mutual support to create lasting impact. My aim is to transform lives by providing concrete resources and opportunities, while building the confidence and potential of women within their communities.
EmpowerHER
EmpowerHER is a project dedicated to empowering women by offering them online videos with free presentations and interviews. The aim is to help women build their self-confidence and acquire essential skills for personal and financial independence. The project creates a community of women who support each other and have access to resources and inspiration. EmpowerHER aims to transform lives by empowering women to realize their full potential.

How the project works
EmpowerHER offers weekly online videos featuring presentations and interviews. The project will run for a year, with the aim of creating an active community, interviewing inspiring women, and forging local partnerships. Face-to-face meetings will also be organized to encourage mutual support.
Project Impact
EmpowerHER aims to empower women by boosting their confidence and developing essential skills for personal and financial independence. The project will have a direct impact on a community of 20 women this year, while aiming to reach thousands more in the long term through inspiring content and enriching exchanges.
