United Nations Sustainable Development Goals
When it comes to community impact projects, the UN has created 17 Sustainable Development Goals. These are the Sustainable Development Goals associated with my project.
How the project works
The dinner event will take place on September 20th and will feature a mix of guided conversations, guest speakers, an info-session, talking circles, and social games, all centred on practical mental health practices, and enjoyed over a shared meal in a welcoming atmosphere.
Project Impact
The event fosters emotional well-being, community connection, and awareness around self-care practices. By creating a safe and reflective space, it empowers individuals to prioritize their mental health and build meaningful relationships. Attendees leave with practical tools, a renewed sense of balance, and the comfort of shared experience, all contributing to a healthier, more resilient community.
Project Mission
Our mission is to create a peaceful, inclusive space where individuals can reconnect with themselves and others through shared meals and intentional conversation. We aim to promote self-care as an essential, everyday practice—not a luxury—by encouraging open dialogue, emotional wellness, and balance. This event supports individual growth while fostering a stronger, more compassionate community culture.
