Joshua Kiena (Gaddiel Kienansatuko)
I am a young community leader and founder of Flow Management, a nonprofit focused on financial literacy and economic empowerment for youth. Through programs, workshops, and community initiatives, I work to equip young people with the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions. I am passionate about creating accessible and culturally relevant opportunities for Black youth and students navigating adulthood, university, and financial independence. Alongside my community work, I also work in entrepreneurship development, helping young entrepreneurs access funding, mentorship, and resources. My goal is to build sustainable programs that create long term impact and strengthen the communities I serve.
Flow University Financial Confidence Cohort

Through practical workshops focused on budgeting, OSAP, credit, saving, and financial decision making, the project equips participants with the knowledge and confidence to manage their finances during a critical stage of adulthood. Participants leave with a personalized financial action plan, mentorship exposure, and stronger financial confidence.
