How the project works

The Culturally Sensitive Healthy Eating Workshops Project offers engaging workshops focused on promoting healthy eating habits. Through a culturally sensitive approach, participants receive education on healthy living and practical skills for preparing nutritious meals. These workshops provide hands-on experience and equip participants with the tools to create balanced and wholesome dishes.

Project Impact

This project equipped 50 participants with practical tools and skills to prepare nutritious meals. Beyond education, the workshops fostered a supportive environment for participants to exchange experiences and knowledge on traditional foods.
