Favour Jadesola Babalola

Hi, I’m Favour Babalola i am a passionate youth changemaker, community advocate, and founder of The HerFlow Project, a grassroots initiative that supports women experiencing homelessness by providing customized hygiene kits and menstrual health education. I launched this project to help break the silence and stigma around period poverty and to ensure that marginalized women can manage their health with dignity and confidence. My background includes experience in customer service, outreach, and youth engagement, which has helped me develop strong communication skills and a deep sense of empathy. I’ve had the opportunity to participate in national programs like the Sprout Fellowship and the 2025 Sprout Summit, where I connected with other young leaders working to build a more equitable and sustainable future. Based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, I continue to use my voice and lived experience to create inclusive, community-driven programs that spark conversation and drive change. I’m deeply committed to gender equity, health justice, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and empowered.
