Project Impact
To contribute to the advancement of racialized women in the fields of culture, arts and communications, and to address the issues they face, our approach is based on experiential learning. By taking part in our various projects, they acquire knowledge, develop their network of contacts, contribute to their outreach and promote their personal development by integrating spaces that are like them. Diversity and inclusion issues are often approached from a negative angle (e.g. discrimination, racism, etc.). We want to break out of this framework and create fun, entertaining experiences that will help combat these issues.
Project Mission
Promote the advancement of racialized women in the field of culture, arts and communications. Our objectives are to organize cultural activities and create content to promote the advancement, development and influence of racialized women.
