Dania Alamin
My name is Dania Alamin, and I am a young community leader passionate about creating meaningful spaces that support and uplift Muslim youth and women. As a nursing student and co-founder of People of Al-Firdous, I am committed to building community-centered programs that promote connection, personal growth, wellness, and belonging. Through organizing events, workshops, and outreach initiatives, I strive to create safe and welcoming environments where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered. My experiences in healthcare, youth engagement, and community work have strengthened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while deepening my passion for making a positive impact in my community.

Building Futures: Youth Employment & Leadership Workshop is a community-based initiative by People of Al-Firdous that supports youth in developing employment readiness, leadership, and communication skills. How the project works
Building Futures is a four-week youth employment and leadership workshop hosted by People of Al-Firdous. The project includes interactive sessions on resume building, interview preparation, communication, and confidence-building, along with mentorship, networking opportunities, and social media outreach to support youth in developing practical career skills and personal growth.
