By empowering patients and allies through education and outreach, it enhances quality of life, reduces isolation, and fosters proactive health management for those affected by this chronic illness.

Our mission is to raise awareness about Sjögren’s syndrome, a lesser-known autoimmune disease, by creating a supportive community and providing practical resources to individuals living with this condition. Our project will offer care packages, personalized items, and educational materials tailored to the specific needs of patients, helping them manage their condition more effectively.

We are a team based in Toronto, Ontario, with allies and volunteers supporting Sjögren’s patients across Canada.
