GEMship Education
GEMship is a mentorship and learning program created by GEMS for youth coordinators within the team. The purpose of it is to create meaningful connections between directors and coordinators. GEMship also allows for the sharing of resources and knowledge that we can all benefit from, as well as the nurturing of personal growth. GEMship provides opportunities for lifelong learning and fills in gaps within our communities by offering information and mentorship.
