Anne Suzette Assanvo

Anne-Suzette Assanvo is a dedicated entrepreneur, social innovation project manager, and founder of the Network of Young Entrepreneurs of Quebec (REDEQ). Passionate about the economic and social development of Black and Afro-descendant communities, she works to create spaces for collaboration, networking, and training in order to break entrepreneurial isolation and strengthen Quebec’s business ecosystem. With a background rooted in community action and the promotion of African culture, she is also the creator of the leather goods brand ALKA SIGNATURE, which blends elegance, identity, and artisanal craftsmanship. In 2024, her leadership was recognized with the Youth Award at the Awards Féminins de Québec and the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Moali Awards in Montreal. She is the initiator of the Entrepreneurs en Marche project and several training and networking programs, including Les Samedis du Réseau, which bring together hundreds of young entrepreneurs for workshops, strategic meetings, and experience sharing. As a Social Innovation Fellowship participant, she is currently working on the official creation of REDEQ as a non-profit organization, with a strong value proposition centered on inclusion and empowerment. Anne-Suzette is known for her ability to mobilize people, build lasting partnerships, and design strong, future-shaping projects that create real impact. Her vision is to provide entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds with the tools, resources, and connections they need to excel, influence, and build a more equitable future.
