Alex Siriya
Growing up with limited resources, I understand the struggles of underserved communities. This personal experience drives my passion for supporting young people facing similar challenges. I focus on community projects that integrate sports or music, knowing these activities foster connections and engagement. By creating inclusive environments through these programs, I aim to help youth build skills, gain confidence, and find a sense of belonging. My work with various organizations and volunteers has enhanced my ability to make a meaningful impact, driving positive change and creating opportunities for the youth I serve.
Outpour Music
Outpour Music’s goal is to use music to foster self-expression, relatability, and positivity among young people. We recognize music’s power to connect and inspire, providing a positive outlet for youth through mentorships, live performances, and seminars. We aim to help youth build confidence, find their voices, and discover their potential. This project empowers young people to develop a strong sense of self, nurturing their talent and enhancing their overall well-being.

How the project works
Outpour Music’s project includes mentorship programs, workshops, and live performances over 3 months. Activities start with planning and recruitment, followed by mentorship and workshops to build skills. Youth will then showcase their talents through performances. The project concludes with a review to assess impact and plan future improvements.

By offering essential resources and opportunities for personal or career development, we help youth reach their full potential. Acknowledging that limited resources can affect mental health and lead to poor decisions, we use music to drive positive change.
